Locked in pricing (You will get the pricing of the date you pre-register, so if you pre-register in the Early Bird registration period, that is the price you will pay).

Pre-registration fee goes towards your entry fee.
Why is Quest doing Pre-Registration:

We want to have races and we need registered racers for that to happen.

The uncertainty of the COVID-Era makes it hard to plan.

Event Permits are all contingent on the state of the Pandemic.

Setting up registration has costs.

Refunding registrations if we have to cancel events actually costs us more money than we charge due to taxes and processing fees.
